Somatics are taught in three ways:

 movement sessions, treatments or with equipment.

Ilan Lev Method

Solo in-person session only

1 hr. £80 

plus the cost of space 

As you sit or lie down on a special somatic table, the practitioner uses touch and sometimes verbal guidance to lead the student into more joyful ways of moving through their body and with the nervous system. Through touch, we dialogue together about new ways of moving and what possibilities are available. The treatment leaves you feeling renewed and brings unique physical, mental, and emotional benefits to each student.

ILM Movement

Solo or Group

in-person and online

In group or solo classes you learn through laying on the floor, sitting or standing, and exploring a huge variety of movements. Through extensive use of unique imagery and physical challenges, participants discover fresh and new movement, while reducing effort and strain. The skill and understanding grow side by side, while limitations and pain are reduced and function and mobility are increased.

Feldenkrais Functional Integration®

Solo in-person sessions only
1 hr. £120

A completely individualized and bespoke somatic movement session and plan created specifically for you based on your specific desires, intentions, and needs for your mind and body. Taking place in comfortable, everyday clothes as you sit or lie on a somatic table. After devising a personal plan, using their hands, the teacher will gently guide you through a range of safe, easy movement explorations, designed to bring awareness to parts of yourself that you may not tend to move much. This will encourage you to explore new ways of moving and organising your whole system (mind, brain, muscles and skeleton). As you sense the new movement patterns, you find your movement options expanded. Many people also find that their thinking and feeling acquires new ease, at the same time as their body.

Awareness Through Movement® (ATM)Feldenkrais

Solo or Group

In group or solo classes online you learn not through muscular strength, but through increased awareness of how the body works. Lying on the floor or sitting in a chair, you are guided through a series of thoughtful movements that grow increasingly in skillfulness. No experience necessary. Perfect for healing from injury or enhancing your understanding of the functional movement in your body. The information gained through these sessions can be applied to anything from everyday movement tasks you do to high-level athletic training. 


Solo or Group

1 hr. Solo £40 Group £10

Personalised at home sessions blending elements from Ashtanga based Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha based Shadow Yoga and Kriya Yoga. These styles of yoga use fluid routines, or 'preludes', to undo habitual patterns of tension which obstruct the movement of 'the vital breath' and energy. The aim of these preludes is to increase the flow of energy and open up the body. Resembling Tai Chi, with attention on directing focus to specific parts of the body and the flow of energy. Class is 45 mins to an hour in solo or group sessions online.
